Health Guarantee Details

Initial Health Guarantee: We guarantee that your puppy is free from any infectious diseases at the time of adoption. If a licensed veterinarian finds otherwise within 72 hours of purchase, you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange.
Genetic Health Guarantee: We offer a one-year guarantee against any genetic defects that may affect your puppy’s quality of life. If a genetic condition is diagnosed within this period, we will provide a replacement puppy or cover veterinary expenses up to the purchase price of the puppy.
Lifetime Support: Our commitment to you and your puppy doesn’t end after adoption. We offer lifetime support to help you with any questions or concerns about your puppy’s health and well-being.
